David graduated as an architect from “Fundacion Universidad De America” in Bogota, Colombia. His thesis: “Temporary Camps for displaced people by violence or natural disasters” was applauded by the jury and directors for his creativity and originality. He participated on urban design courses and seminars in Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, Mexico. In the year 2000 he left to Miami, USA in order to gain more experience on the building codes and construction fields, where he started working with JC Construction & Design. In pursuit of a more Hospitality Design oriented office he joined Francois Frossard Design in 2004 working alongside him on projects in the United States and abroad. David had been involved in some of the FFD’s most important projects, which include Mansion Nightclub, Set, Opium LV, Opera Ultra lounge, Spazio Nero at Segafredo, Villa Mayfair Restaurant, Label Nightclub and the Sunrise Lobby and Noir nightclub in the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort. He continues to expand his knowledge with his creative input and construction experience as well as his eye for detail. In his spare time David enjoys cross fit workouts and spending his time with his wife and two children.
